A seasoned real estate attorney, developer, and Boulder native, Nick Larson brings a unique perspective shaped by his upbringing on construction sites, where he spent his childhood alongside his contractor father. As a partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, Nick specializes in ground-up development and public construction contracts, serving developers, equity investors, and lenders. His expertise spans diverse real estate transactions, notably contributing to projects like the Sterling Ranch and Vail Resorts' developments.
Formerly, Nick served as an appellate and trial attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps at Fort Bragg, N.C., advising a combat airborne engineer brigade and prosecuting military courts-martial. Rooted in service as an Eagle Scout and army veteran, Nick remains committed to community, currently as Treasurer of Upstate Colorado and contributing to the Boulder Jewish Community Center board through pro bono legal services.

Dustin’s extensive experience ranges from small commercial projects to complex large-scale facilities, such as a cadmium extraction plant in Ohio and a titanium oxide mining operation in Paraguay. He thrives in high-stakes environments and excels in managing complexity.
A proud husband and father, he resides in the picturesque Rocky Mountains with his family. Beyond his professional commitments, Dustin dedicates his time to mentoring employees, coaching youth sports teams, and volunteering in his local community, particularly focusing on youth initiatives.
